  • As of Tuesday, March 15th face masks are optional

  • We reserve the right to make changes or updates to our COVID policy at any time.

Parents often ask if their child is ready to move up during or towards the end of a session.  Gymnastics is a unique sport in that progression is unique to each athlete, individually.  Not every child will move up in class or level after one session or even one year.  And that is totally fine!  Our coaching staff is continually evaluating our students and if your child is ready for the next level, they will let you know!

We will NOT move up students because their friends have moved up, they have been in a certain level class before, the student thinks they are ready to move up or because it is the only class that fits with your schedule.  We pride ourselves in the quality of our coaches and their ability to read your child and make sure they are in the class appropriate to their skill level.  If you still feel like your child is not in the right class, please email: to schedule an evaluation.

Phoenix Gymnastics has a strict policy on lice and we enforce this policy to the best of our ability to avoid any lice infestation or spreading in our gym.  We do this by spraying a concentrated tea tree oil blend on mats and carpets every night.  This mixture prevents any lice from calling our gym home.

If you suspect that your child may have lice or may have been exposed to it, we ask that you DO NOT bring them to practice.  Students are allowed back to practice once they have been treated and confirmed lice and nut-free.
